Who we are

Davies Wealth Management, LLC is a fee-based fiduciary investment advisory firm in Stuart, Florida. We are registered as an investment adviser with the State of Florida. Our firm identifier with the Investment Adviser Registration Depository is CRD 151098.

This policy covers our website. If you are a client, you also receive a separate privacy notice describing how we handle the financial information you give us in that relationship. Where the two differ, the client notice governs the client relationship. More on that below.

In this policy, “we” and “our” mean Davies Wealth Management, LLC. “You” means anyone visiting tdwealth.net.

What we collect

Information you hand us

You give us information when you fill in a form, take a quiz, download a guide, subscribe to the newsletter, book a call, or email us. Depending on which of those you use, that can include:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Answers you type into a quiz, calculator, or intake form, which may describe your financial situation in general terms
  • What you asked us, in your own words
  • Meeting times you select, through our scheduling tool

Please do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, or copies of statements through a website form or ordinary email. Those channels are not encrypted end to end. If we need documents from you, we will tell you how to send them securely.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this one collects some information the moment you arrive, whether or not you ever fill anything in:

  • Your IP address, browser, device type, and operating system
  • Which pages you viewed, how long you stayed, and where you clicked
  • How you arrived, including the search term or ad that brought you, where available
  • A recording of your interactions with the page, including scrolling and mouse movement

We do not collect precise location from your device, and we do not ask your browser for it.

The tools this site runs

Most privacy policies describe tracking in the abstract. Here is the actual list, what each one does, and how to switch it off.

What runs on this page

Google Analytics
Counts visits and shows us which pages people read and where they leave.

Microsoft Clarity
Records how you move through a page, including clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, so we can see where the site confuses people. It is configured to mask text you type.

Meta Pixel
Tells Facebook and Instagram that you visited, so we can show you our ads later and measure whether they work.

LinkedIn Insight Tag
Same idea as the Meta pixel, for LinkedIn.

Google Ads
Measures whether an ad led to a call or a form, and allows advertising to you across Google properties.

HubSpot
Our client relationship system. It receives what you submit through forms and links your later visits to that record, so we know what you already asked us.
Browser cookie controls

CleanTalk
Checks form submissions against a spam database so the contact form stays usable. It sees your IP address and what you submitted.
Required for forms to work

This site does not currently show a cookie banner. Advertising and analytics cookies are set when you arrive. You can block them in your browser at any time, and the section below explains how. We review this list when we add or remove a tool.

How we use what we collect

  • To answer you when you ask us something
  • To schedule and prepare for a call or meeting you requested
  • To send the guide, quiz result, or newsletter you asked for
  • To follow up about our services, until you tell us to stop
  • To understand which pages and articles are useful, and fix the ones that are not
  • To run and measure advertising
  • To keep the site secure and free of spam
  • To meet our recordkeeping obligations as a registered investment adviser

Who we share it with

We share information with companies that perform services for us. They get only what they need to do the job, and each is contractually required to keep it confidential and to use it only for us. That includes:

  • Website hosting and security providers
  • Email, document storage, and calendar providers
  • Our client relationship and scheduling systems
  • Analytics and advertising platforms, as listed above
  • Meeting recording and transcription services, when a meeting is recorded
  • Artificial intelligence services that help us with research, analysis, and drafting

We also share information when the law requires it, when a regulator examines us, and with our own professional advisers such as counsel and auditors. If the firm were ever sold or merged, client and prospect records would transfer as part of that transaction.

Our use of artificial intelligence is a drafting and research aid, subject to human review. It does not make investment decisions, and it does not communicate with you on its own.

What we never do

  • We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.
  • We do not rent or trade your contact details to other advisers, insurers, or lead brokers.
  • We do not permit any service provider to use your information to train artificial intelligence models.
  • We do not send your information anywhere in exchange for payment.

Your choices

Ask us directly

Whatever state you live in, you can email us and ask us to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete what we hold, where we are not required to keep it
  • Stop contacting you

We will respond within thirty days. We may need to verify who you are first. Some records we are obligated to retain as a registered investment adviser, and we will tell you plainly if that is why we cannot delete something. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under a state privacy law, and we will honor those.

Email

Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click and you are off the list. We honor it within a few days at most. If you are a client, we will still send you email about your accounts and our relationship.

Cookies and tracking

Three ways to cut this down, in order of how much they do:

  • Block third-party cookies in your browser settings. Every major browser supports this, and it stops most of the advertising tracking on this site.
  • Use the per-tool opt-out links in the table above.
  • Use the industry opt-out pages at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org, which cover many advertisers at once.

Blocking cookies will not break the site. You can read everything here with tracking switched off.

Do Not Track

Browsers send a Do Not Track signal that no common standard requires sites to obey, and this site does not currently respond to it. We would rather say so than imply otherwise. Use the controls above instead, as they actually work.

If you are a client

The financial information you share with us as a client is handled under a separate privacy notice, which we give you when you become a client and again every year. It describes the nonpublic personal information we collect, who we share it with, and why.

In short: we share it with the custodians, portfolio reporting systems, and service providers we need in order to manage your accounts and serve you, and with no one else except where the law requires it. We do not sell it. If you would like another copy of that notice, ask and we will send it.

When a meeting is recorded or transcribed, we will tell you. If you would rather we did not, say so and we will not.

How long we keep it

Prospect and inquiry records are kept while there is a reasonable prospect of a relationship, and then reviewed periodically and removed. Client records are kept for the periods our regulators require, which generally run several years past the end of the relationship. Analytics data is kept according to each platform’s retention setting.

If you unsubscribe, we keep the minimum needed to remember that you unsubscribed. Otherwise we would have no way to honor it.

How we protect it

We maintain written information security policies and procedures, as Florida requires of registered investment advisers. The site is served over an encrypted connection. Access to client systems is restricted and protected by multi-factor authentication. We review our service providers and what they are permitted to do with your information.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If information we hold about you were compromised, we would notify you as Florida law requires.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

This site links to other sites and embeds content such as videos and scheduling tools. Once you land on someone else’s site, or interact with embedded content, their privacy policy governs, not ours. Embedded content can collect information about you as though you had visited that site directly.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when what we do changes, and we change the date at the top when we do. If a change materially affects how we handle information you already gave us, we will tell you directly rather than relying on you to notice.
